Meditation top qoutes and tips

Dear friends Have a fantastic day!.jpg

Meditation is an absolutely wonderful practice, but can be very difficult in the beginning. Use the top 50 tips described in  LNW s article to get your practice to the highest level!

We are not just our physical selves. We are multi-dimensional beings, composed of a vital body, an emotional body, a mental body, and a spiritual body and an endless capacity of healing which is our innermost essence.

Love and compassion are necessities, not luxuries, without them humanity cannot survive. Old friends pass away, new friends appear. It is just like the days. An old day passes, a new day arrives. The important thing is to make it meaningful: a meaningful friend - or a meaningful day. Our prime purpose in this life is to help others. And if you can't help them, at least don't hurt them.Today, more than ever before, life must be characterized by a sense of Universal responsibility, not only nation to nation and human to human, but also human to other forms of life.

Sometimes one creates a dynamic impression by saying something, and sometimes one creates as significant an impression by remaining silent. The point of our existence is that, as human beings, we live purposeful, meaningful lives. The roots of all goodness lie in the soil of appreciation for goodness. The ultimate authority must always rest with the individual's own reason and critical analysis. My heart and my brains are my temples; my philosophy is kindness. Whether one believes in a religion or not, and whether one believes in rebirth or not, there isn't anyone who doesn't appreciate kindness and compassion. With realization of one's own potential and self-confidence in one's ability, one can build a better world.

Here are some meditations that will help you.

Inner Light Healing Meditation

Sit comfortably with your eyes closed.

Look at the screen that fills the space behind your closed eyelids.

Notice any light that appears on your inner screen.

The light may appear as little particles, patterns, images, colors, "snow" on a tv screen, etc. (Consider anything that is not absolute darkness to be a form of light.)

Gently focus on the light.

It is not neccessary to focus clearly. Simply look at the light with relaxed attention.

If you feel as though you are slipping into a sleep-like or dream-like state, allow it to happen.

If you do not see any light on your screen, it's ok... just focus on the dark screen. Whatever you experience is all right.

Meditator

If you notice you have drifted off into your thoughts, simply bring your attention back to your inner screen and continue looking at the light.

Benefits of this meditation:

Relaxation and stress reduction.
Increased flow of fuel to the brain.
Gradual opening of the 6th chakra - the "inner eye" or "third eye" -
giving clear insight and inner vision.
Direct experience of your calm, unbounded Inner Essence.
onnecting with your Inner Essence taps a wellspring of spiritual energy
which nourishes and enhances all levels of life.
When connected with your Inner Essence, life flows more effortlessly,
and you begin to perceive the world as a more supportive, enjoyable place.
Regular contact with your Inner Essence catalyzes a gradual shift to a higher level
of consciousness.

Learn from the mountain … learn from the ocean … learn from the poppy seed flower … Seek my face; my heart said unto you, your face, LORD, will I seek (Psalm 27:8). The desire of our soul is to your name, and to the remembrance of you. With my spirit within me will I seek you (Isaiah 26:8-9).

Steps to meditate

Let the remembrance of Jesus be present with each breath, and then you will know the value of the hēsychia –

With a breath starts our earthly wandering and with a breath it finishes. In meditation the name of Jesus is not an ordinary word which is the focus of our attention and which is to disperse restless thoughts. The repetition of the name of Jesus evokes the presence of the One who bore it. It is the confession of faith in the One who said that He is the resurrection, and the life (John 11:25), the light of the world (John 8:12; 12:46) and the way (John 14:6).

Receiving the name of Jesus and abandoning oneself to it in the rhythm of breath is the simplest but at the same time the oldest form of Christian meditation. It is not only a prayer but a rule ordering and integrating all dimensions of manhood within God. It is the path lasting throughout an entire life and the path towards life which is metaphorically depicted in the picture above.

This meditation touches the very heart of the Gospel and makes it possible to understand it from "within", to understand it through your heart. If any man thirst, let him come unto me, and drink… Out of his heart shall flow rivers of living water (John 7:37-38).

Thanks to it, the man became a living thing. The breath comes from God and returns to God. Unite the prayer word with the stream of life and nothing shall separate you from the Giver of Life. When you meditate be as a bird, singing ceaselessly in front of the Creator. Its song raises like incense smoke. Let your prayer be like dove’s cooing And you shall not surrender to discouragement.

When you meditate be as Abraham sacrificing his only son. It was a sign that he was ready to give up everything.
Give up everything and in this abandonment God will fill you with His presence.

When you meditate it is Jesus who prays inside you to the Father in the Spirit. You are carried by the fire of His love. Be as a river which serves everyone, and the time will come when you become Love.

When you meditate be as a mountain motionlessly settled in silence. Its thoughts are rooted in eternity. Do nothing, just sit, just be and you will learn the fruits of prayer.

When you meditate be as a flower, always facing the sun Its stem like a spine, always straight.
Remain open, ready to accept everything without fear, and the light will always shine on your path.

When you meditate be as an ocean, in its depths always unmoved. Its waves come and go. Remain calm inside
and evil thoughts will go away.

The practice of cultivating altruism has a beneficial effect not only from a religious point of view but also from a mundane point of view. We are all part of the human community so compassion is a deep desire to see others relieved of suffering; love is the other facet, a strong wish to see others happy. Think clear, we all have the right to lead happy lives. Being motivated by compassion and love, respecting the rights of others – this is the real practice of religion.

How much better is it to get wisdom than gold! and to get understanding rather to be chosen than silver. Hate leaves ugly scars; love leaves beautiful ones. In this life we cannot do great things We can only do small things with great love. Love is to love someone for who they are, who they were, and who they will be in the arithmetic of love, one plus one equals everything, and two minus one equals nothing. Love is a fabric which never fades, no matter how often it is washed in the water of adversity and grief as w are all born for love It is the principle of existence, and its only end. People may not remember exactly what you did, or what you said, but they will always remember how you made them feel.

Steps of the Universal Mantra Meditation

Sit comfortably, with your eyes closed and your spine reasonably straight.

Begin repeating the mantra gently in your mind.

Repeat the mantra at whatever tempo feels most natural. There is no need to synchronize the mantra with your breathing, but if this occurs naturally, it's ok.

Allow the mantra to arise more faintly in your mind... repeating it with minimal effort.

Continue repeating the mantra faintly, and allow for whatever happens.

If at any time, you feel that you are slipping into a sleep-like or dream-like state, allow it to happen.

If and when you notice that your attention has drifted completely off the mantra, gently begin repeating it again, and continue with minimal effort. However, if you find yourself in a deeply relaxed, quiet place, I suggest you enjoy that experience rather than coming back to the mantra.

After 10 or 15 minutes come out of your meditation slowly.

A flower to say...have a beautiful day!.jpg

Benefits of this meditation

Easily produces a shift into deeper, more peaceful states of awareness. (The degree of this will vary from session to session.)
Increases the flow of energy to the brain.
Clears away a good deal of physical/emotional toxins. Because of this detoxification, it is best to keep this meditation to 10 or 15 minutes a day when first beginning. After a month or so, it can be increased to 20 minutes, but that should be the maximum for anyone who does not have quite a few years of meditation experience. Also, it is advisable to drink a lot of pure water.
Accelerates spiritual growth.

Will power

If you have willpower, then you can change anything. It is usually said that you are your own master.Whatever steps, however small, one can take towards learning to reduce the influence of the negative emotions can be very helpful so we need to consider how our actions, in affecting the environment, are likely to affect others and therefore we need to develop a good heart, real appreciation, love and compassion for others to improve. Meet hostility and suspicion with kindness.

Peace comes from within so not seek it without and don't look back, and regret, that too often when you loved, you did not say so. Love can sometimes be magic but magic can sometimes... just be an illusion but always remember Love conquers all. Love consists in this, that two solitudes protect and touch and greet each other and does not begin and end the way we seem to think it does. Love is a battle, love is a war; love is a growing up and does not dominate; it cultivates.like a canvas furnished by nature and embroidered by imagination and more formidable than any other. It is invisible - it cannot be seen or measured, yet it is powerful enough to transform you in a moment, and offer you more joy than any material possession could.

Life is not a game that two can play and both win, a gross exaggeration of the difference between one person and everybody else. Any perspective we have on anything is only a relative truth. There are always both (or more) sides of any story. An objective perspective or an absolute truth is very hard or maybe impossible to see. But to be aware of this and to be interested to see another perspective from another person can be very mind-opening and valuable.

The only real failure in life is not to be true to the best one knows. If we are not authentic and truthful to ourselves, we build a wall around us that eventually we have to tear down again. It is then literally a resistance to the reality and our own nature where we can hide some time, but life has a way to show us our own faults in the end. To be true to the best one knows means to come from our own best knowledge and not buy into something outside ourselves blindly, always asking: is this really true to what I know?

Helping others out of love is always the best option. It seems wrong to think indness is exclusively the business of religion; something to be neglected if one isn’t interested in spirituality. The world's major religious traditions all give the development of compassion a key role.

The roots of all goodness lie in the soil of appreciation for goodness. The ultimate authority must always rest with the individual's own reason and critical analysis. Where ignorance is our master, there is no possibility of real peace.

Happiness is not something ready-made. It comes from your own actions. If you can, help others; if you cannot do that, at least do not harm them. If you want others to be happy, practice compassion. If you want to be happy, practice compassion

Color Healing Meditation

Sit comfortably with your eyes closed.ball of light

Visualize a large ball of radiant Golden light a few inches over your head. Visualize that ball of light slowly descending through your crown, filling your entire being with golden light.

Imagine yourself absorbing that light as it nourishes, cleanses and heals your whole being - your Spirit and all of your bodies - dissolving all blocked and toxic energies.

Repeat this exercise, visualizing a ball of Red light. Continue through the entire spectrum like this, visualizing a ball of Orange light; Yellow light; Green light; Blue light; Indigo light; and Violet light. Go through the spectrum at whatever pace feels appropriate.

If you focus only on yourself and neglect others, you will not succeed; but you will gain if you value others as much as you cherish yourself. The aim of meditation can be expressed in one sentence: Be kind, help eacother and never do not harm others.

Take some time to visualize yourself in a state of perfect, radiant health.

Benefits of this meditation:

Cleansing, balancing, and healing at all levels...

Spiritual, Mental, Emotional and Physical. (Although color healing has been used for ages as an effective tool, if you have a serious illness it is suggested that you see a qualified health practitioner.)

Develops concentration and visualization abilities.

The aim of spiritual practice is to become the friend of all beings. Wonderful spiritual qualities, such as unbounded love and compassion, are present as potentials in all our minds. An open heart is an open mind, friends, genuine friends, have much more to do with whether we have a warm heart, not money or power as we have the ability and the responsibility to choose whether our actions follow a virtuous path or not. Religion have become synonymous with deep philosophical issues, but it is love and compassion that lie at the heart of religion.

By extending our ordinary feelings of love and concern beyond their usual biased limits, love is freed from the restrictions of attachment. We should value our enemies because they provide us with unique opportunities to practice patience, tolerance and forbearance. The most important thing is to have a sense of responsibility, commitment, and concern for each of our fellow human beings.

redlove Meditation top 50 Tips

roosje If you don’t love yourself, you cannot love others. You will not be able to love others. If you have no compassion for yourself then you are not able of developing compassion for others.

roosje It is always possible to give and share, happiness is not something ready made, It comes from your own actions. find hope in the darkest of days, and focus in the brightest and do not judge the universe.

roosje If you can, help others; if you cannot do that, at least do not harm them. Governments and politicians are spoiled and almost all the same, they are not kind to the people and take more and more. Who does earn a fortune and doesnt share is no good. Wise men listen to the people and help wherever it is possible by sharing the wealth with kidness.

roosje If you wake up in the morning, and have a conversation with yourself to try to convince yourself to meditate, you’ve already lost. You need to make meditating a habit, not a decision.

roosje Habits become, through repetition and unconscious association, our default way of behaving. Natural inertia then works in our favour – it takes effort to establish a habit, but once well established, it takes effort to break it. We have previously reported on research on how to form a habit, and there is ever-increasing interest and psychological research in this area.

roosje Make sure that your spine is upright with head up. If you are slumped your mind will drift. Mind and body are intertwined. If your body is well-balanced, your mind will also be in balance. To straighten up, imagine that your head is touching the sky.

roosje Try and keep you eyes closed. If you close your eyes you will be more likely to drift away on thoughts and stories. However, it’s important to do what is comfortable for you. Some people find closing their eyes much more effective. It’s good to experiment and see what feels best for you.

roosje Whether you choose the Seinfeld productivity method using an old-fashioned calendar, or the latest electronic gadget, you can encourage yourself to meditate, and make it easier, using material things to help you.

roosje Meditation is a wonderful way of waking up to our life.To focus in meditation means to pay soft attention to whatever you place in the centre of awareness. It’s like a natural door that connects ‘inside’ and ‘outside’. Attention comes from nowhere. It has no cause. It belongs to no one . Paying attention to the breath is a great way to anchor yourself in the present moment. Notice your breath streaming in and out. There’s no need to regulate the breath – just let it be natural.

roosje Believe in yourself, be kind, be happy, emphasis on the fact you need to believe in yourself and in your abilities to achieve anything in life. Believing in yourself is the key to almost everything you will start. Love and compassion arising with a clear recognition of the importance and rights of others will reach even those who would do you harm. Most of us already forget common things like like cooking, driving a car or taking a class in University. Think about the process to reach your goals and that is to be free without religion. Planning ahead is important, especially when you are trying to reach a specific goal. Be kind and visualize each of the steps needed to reach your goals. Imagine yourself doing these steps, living each instant of them. If you want others to be happy, practice kindness and compassion. If you want to be happy, practice compassion.

roosje If you are having difficulties settling, you can try counting the breath – which is an ancient meditation practice. On your outbreath, silently count “one”, then “two”, and up to “four”. Then return to “one”. Whenever you notice your thoughts have strayed far away or you find yourself counting “thirtythree”, simply return to “one”. In this way, “one” is like coming home to the present moment. It’s good to return without a backward glance.

roosje Don’t try and stop thoughts; this will just make you feel agitated. Imagine that they are unwelcome visitors at your door: acknowledge their presence and politely ask them to leave. Then shine the soft light of your attention on your breath.

roosje Anger, shame and fear create stories that repeat over and over in the mind. Anger and shame make us keep looking at past events of the past. Fear looks at the future with stories that start with, “What if…”

roosje The way to deal with strong emotions in meditation is to focus on the body feelings that accompany the emotion. For example, this could be the tight band of fear around the chest or the hot roiling of anger in the belly. Let go of the stories and refocus on your body. In this way you are honouring your emotions but not becoming entangled in stories.

roosje Silence is healing. I know that there are is a lot of ‘meditation music’ around, but nothing beats simple silence. Otherwise the music or sounds on the tape just drown out the chatter in your mind. When we sit in silence we actually get to experience what our mind is doing. There is steadiness and calmness that comes from sitting in silence. In time outer and inner silence meet and you come to rest in the moment.

roosje It is very important to generate a good attitude, a good heart, as much as possible. From this, happiness in both the short term and the long term for both yourself and others will come. Love and compassion are necessities, not luxuries. Without them humanity cannot survive. Old friends pass away, new friends appear. It is just like the days. An old day passes, a new day arrives. The important thing is to make it meaningful: a meaningful friend - or a meaningful day.

roosje Starters begin with 10 minutes and only sit longer if you feel that that is too short. Don’t force yourself to meditate longer if you are not ready to do that. In time you might like to extend your meditation to 25- 45 minutes. That’s a length that allows you to settle your mind without causing too much stress on your body. Most importantly, shrug off any ‘shoulds’. Some people enjoy sitting for an hour at a time. Others find that they can’t sit longer than 10 minutes. Do what feels right for you!

roosje Take responsibility to make a good decision and make the most out of your life. To live is the rarest thing in the world. Most people exist, that is all.” Be one of the people who live.

roosje Have faith in your abilities! Without a humble but reasonable confidence in your own powers you cannot be successful or happy. Let no one deceive himself. If anyone among you thinks that he is wise in this age, let him become a fool that he may become wise. “He catches the wise in their craftiness,” and again, “The universe knows the thoughts of the wise, that they are futile.

roosje It’s lovely to create a special place to sit. You can even make a shrine or an altar that you can face when you sit in meditation. You might like to place a candle on your altar and objects that have meaning to you. It’s lovely to find objects for your altar as you walk. Maybe you find stones, or seashells, or flowers that speak to you.

roosje You might like to try sitting with a hint of a smile. Be kind to yourself. Start sitting just a little each day. It’s helpful to establish a daily habit.

roosje Make it a formal practice. You will only get to the next level in meditation by setting aside specific time (preferably two times a day) to be still.

roosje Start with the breath. Breathing deep slows the heart rate, relaxes the muscles, focuses the mind and is an ideal way to begin practice.

roosje Stretch first. Stretching loosens the muscles and tendons allowing you to sit (or lie) more comfortably. Additionally, stretching starts the process of “going inward” and brings added attention to the body.

roosje Meditate with Purpose. The art of focusing your attention to a single point is hard work, and you have to be purposefully engaged!

roosje Notice frustration creep up on you. This is very common for beginners as we think “hey, what am I doing here” or “why can’t I just quiet my damn mind already”. When this happens, really focus in on your breath and let the frustrated feelings go.

roosje Although many of us think of effective meditation as a Yogi sitting cross-legged beneath a Bonzi tree, beginners should be more experimental and try different types of meditation. Try sitting, lying, eyes open, eyes closed, etc.

roosje A great practice for beginning meditators is to take notice of the body when a meditative state starts to take hold. Once the mind quiets, put all your attention to the feet and then slowly move your way up the body (include your internal organs). This is very healthy and an indicator that you are on the right path.

roosje Make sure it is not the same room where you do work, exercise, or sleep. Place candles and other spiritual paraphernalia in the room to help you feel at ease.

roosje As you advance, you can try other types of meditation, including walking meditation, guided meditation and meditation focused on a specific issue or problem.

roosje Avoid using difficult poses or thinking that you need "the right equipment" or clothing. Meditation is possible anywhere, dressed (or undressed) as you are, and making do in a quiet spot of your world.

roosje Avoid slumping (like on a cozy couch) or lying down somewhere that you're used to falling asleep in. These are not positions conducive to staying alert when meditating. When beginning, you can sit on the floor or on a chair, sit on your heels, or sit cross-legged in the half lotus or full lotus positions (if that's comfortable for you––don't force it).

roosje An alert mind will help you make the most of meditation, so it is helpful to be free of alcohol or non-prescribed drugs for at least 24 hours; that said, get in the habit of meditating regularly even when conditions aren't ideal.

roosje Don't smoke. If you smoke it is best to wait for roughly thirty minutes before meditating. Ideally, don't smoke tobacco at all. It's very dangerous to your health.

roosje Preferably an instructional guide AND one that describes the benefits of deep meditative states. This will get you motivated. John Kabat-Zinn’s Wherever You Go, There You Are is terrific for beginners.

roosje If you use a particular method that helps quell the inner chatter. The counting method is used successfully by some people. It requires counting at the beginning of a breath meditation, counting for a few minutes. You will be focused on counting rather than other thoughts. Count each out-breath from one to ten, then return to one. Each time your mind wanders, return to counting again. Never overdo counting though––it is possible to replace focus on the breath with focus on counting, and if that happens, stop.

roosje Consider tolerance and patience to be signs of weakness. Consider them signs of strength. A calm and peaceful mind is something very essential as the message of love and compassion travels far and wide if all who follow a spiritual path work together in harmony and mutual respect.

roosje Try to secure the well-being of others, we will, at the same time, create the conditions for our own. The quality of altruism is fundamental, in my opinion, and will fill our daily lives with serenity and happiness.Whatever steps, however small, one can take towards learning to reduce the influence of the negative emotions can be very helpful.

roosje Consider how your actions, in affecting the environment, are likely to affect others. If we develop a good heart, real appreciation, love and compassion for others, our life will improve.Meet hostility and suspicion with kindness. Helping others out of love is always the best option.

roosje It seems wrong to think kindness is exclusively the business of religion; something to be neglected if one isn’t interested in spirituality. If you use violence, you get temporary satisfaction. But the nature of violence is unpredictable – it gives rise to unexpected results.

roosje Meditation takes time to grow into and to fully appreciate. It may take days if you're on a retreat with nothing more to do than meditate, or it can take weeks or months if you're only dedicating a slot here and there for meditation each week.

roosje Not getting what you want is sometimes a wonderful stroke of luck.Happiness comes through taming the mind; without taming the mind there is no way to be happy. When you generate a reasoned desire for others to be happy, your humanity increases in strength. The more contact we have with one another and the more we come to understand each other’s values, the greater will be our mutual respect.

roosje If you focus only on yourself and neglect others, you will lose; but you will gain if you value others as much as you cherish yourself. The aim of meditation can be expressed in one sentence: Be kind, help eacother and never do not harm others.

roosje Be persistent, as there will come a moment when your awareness will suddenly shift and you'll want more of this experience!

roosje Commit for the long haul. Meditation is a life-long practice, and you will benefit most by NOT examining the results of your daily practice. Just do the best you can every day, and then let it go!

roosje Listen to instructional CDs. Generate moments of awareness during the day. Finding your breath and “being present” while not in formal practice is a wonderful way to evolve your meditation habits.

roosje Make sure you will not be disturbed. One of the biggest mistakes beginners make is not insuring peaceful practice conditions. If you have it in the back of your mind that the phone might ring, your kids might wake, or your coffee pot might whistle than you will not be able to attain a state of deep relaxation.

roosje Always make sure that your cellphone is set to silent. Keep your spine as straight as possible while being as comfortable as possible.

roosje Everyone can understand from natural experience, meditation and common sense that affection is crucial from the day of birth; it is the basis of life. Non violence is a sign of strength; violence is a sign of desperation and weakness. Taking care of our neighbors’ interests is essentially taking care of our own future.Wonderful spiritual qualities, such as unbounded love and compassion, are present as potentials in all our minds.

roosje Never forget, an open heart is an open mind and friends, genuine friends, have much more to do with whether we have a warm heart, not money or power.

roosje Find a silent place to help concentrate and focus on your meditation.

roosje Make sure lights are dim/ dark with candles and soft music to your liking.

roosje Do it before bed, this will help your brain to start shutting down and will cause you to feel more relaxed.

roosje Try to leave three to four hours between meditation sessions.

roosje Listening to smooth music helps you relax better.

roosje Avoid doing any meditation while operating any heavy machinery.

roosje Notice small adjustments, the slightest physical movements can transform a meditative practice from one of frustration to one of renewal. These adjustments may be barely noticeable to an observer, but they can mean everything for your practice.

roosje Use a candle. Meditating with eyes closed can be challenging for a beginner. Lighting a candle and using it as your point of focus allows you to strengthen your attention with a visual cue. This can be very powerful.

roosje Do NOT Stress. This may be the most important tip for beginners, and the hardest to implement. No matter what happens during your meditation practice, do not stress about it. This includes being nervous before meditating and angry afterwards. Meditation is what it is, and just do the best you can at the time.

roosje Do it together. Meditating with a partner or loved one can have many wonderful benefits, and can improve your practice. However, it is necessary to make sure that you set agreed-upon ground rules before you begin!

roosje Meditate early in the morning. Without a doubt, early morning is an ideal time to practice: it is quieter, your mind is not filled with the usual clutter, and there is less chance you will be disturbed. Make it a habit to get up half an hour earlier to meditate.

roosje Be Grateful at the end. Once your practice is through, spend 2-3 minutes feeling appreciative of the opportunity to practice and your mind’s ability to focus.

roosje Chances are that losing the ability to focus on meditation is parallel with your inability to focus in other areas of your life.

You can ask your angels if there is something you need to know right now. Take a few deep breaths, sit in silence and see if you can feel any message coming through to you..jpg
You can ask your angels if there is something
you need to know right now. Take a few deep
breaths, sit in silence and see if you can feel any
 message coming through to you..

What a piece of work is a man, how noble in reason, how infinite in faculties, in form and moving how express and admirable, in action how like an angel in the stream of life. The angels come to visit us, and we only know them when they are gone. Precisely where angels dwell — whether in the air, pay attention to your dreams as angels often speak directly to our hearts when you are asleep. Angels descending, bring from above, echoes of mercy, whispers of love.

A fool without fear is sometimes wiser than an angel with fear though in the order of nature angels rank above men, yet, by scale of justice, good men are of greater value than bad angels. The desire of power in excess caused the angels to fall; the desire of knowledge in excess caused man to fall.

Music is well said to be the speech of angels. We shall find peace. We shall hear the angels, we shall see the sky sparkling with diamonds. The reason angels can fly is because they take themselves lightly.n to me more than I can tell in written words. They are the hieroglyphics of angels, loved by all men for the beauty of the character, though few can decipher even fragments of their meaning. If a man is not rising upwards to be an angel, depend upon it, he is sinking downwards to be a devil.

The miracles in the stream of life rush past us and we see nothing but sand; the angels come to visit us, and we only know them when they are gone.Who has seen the rising moon break out of the clouds at midnight, has been present like an archangel at the creation of light and of the world and every time you hear a bell ring, it means that some angel's just got his wings. Unseen, endless more angels, to wit, angels, archangels, virtues, powers, principalities, dominations, thrones, cherubim, and seraphim. Men would be as guardian angels of life and fly so high as to be beyond our sight, but they are always looking down upon us.

Time is man's angel and a man does not have to be an angel in order to be saint Every blade of grass has an angel that bends over it and whispers, ''grow! grow!'' so to act like angels while we are still in this world is nothing but folly. The angels keep their ancient places Turn but a stone, and start a wing It's you, it's your estranged faces, that miss the many-splendored thing.

When one has tasted watermelon he knows what the angels eat. Whether in the air, the void, or the planets. It has not been God's pleasure that we should be informed of their abode. We are each of us angels with only one wing, and we can only fly by embracing one another. Life is a tapestry: We are the warp; angels, the weft; God, the weaver. Only the Weaver sees the whole design. The guardian angels of life fly so high as to be beyond our sight, but they are always looking down upon us. Angels fly at light speed. They are all around us, all the time, in the very air we breathe.

Music is well said to be the speech of angels because they carry no burdens. Angels are direct creations of God, each one a unique Master's piece. Angels deliver Fate to our doorstep - and anywhere else it is needed. Everyone entrusted with a mission is an angel as all forces that reside in the body are angels.

Angels are quite ample cause to cry. You'll meet more angels on a winding path than on a straight one. Make yourself familiar with the angels, and behold them frequently in spirit; for, without being seen, they are present with you whether we are filled with joy or grief, our angels are close to us, speaking to our hearts so we should pray to the angels, for they are given to us as guardians. Around our pillows golden ladders rise,And up and down the skies, with winged sandals shod, the angels come, and go, the Messengers of The Universe can fly directly into the heart of the matter.

If angels rarely appear, it's because we all too often mistake the medium for the Message. Ever felt an angel's breath in the gentle breeze? A teardrop in the falling rain? Hear a whisper amongst the rustle of leaves? Or been kissed by a lone snowflake? Nature is an angel's favorite hiding place. Angels are never too distant to hear you.
